French Cheese and English Honey Recipes

We never get tired of honey and cheese recipes, this classic combination has so many variations, as no two cheeses or honeys are ever quite the same. So I was delighted to see our honey featured in a blog post by the food writer Karen Burns-Booth, at Lavender and Lovage, who was commissioned to come up with some recipes by Le Rustique cheese - I didn't realise how familiar their Camembert was to me until reading Karen's post and recognising their packaging. I suspect you'll find the same.
