Our first seasonal, summer harvest from 2024, this is a beautifully fragrant British honey, that celebrates the diversity of the local Cotswold flora.

From a rich and verdant, grassland habitat with unique nectar sources, where the surrounding hills rise from the meadows of the upper River Thames.

With complex undertones, our Cotswold Honey is bright and golden, much like the colour of the pretty local stone on a warm summer day.

Perfect with seasonal fruits and yogurt, on warm oats or toast. Works beautifully in a dressing or to sweeten herbal teas or seasonal cocktails.

100% real honey. Pure and natural, single origin, never ever blended. Unpasteurised and minimally filtered, to retain the qualities and natural health benefits of raw unprocessed honey.
