The bees forage on acres of wildflower meadows and sweet chestnut trees of a historical estate immersed in the Kent countryside.

This unique honey is a sweet treat with gentle warming caramel notes typical of sweet chestnut nectar. The presence of wildflowers makes for a well rounded honey with a very mild bitter ending.

This is a deliciously sweet honey, its runny consistency makes it ideal for cereals as well as tea and coffee. I include kent summer honey every time I place a new order, which is regularly since I replaced all sugar with honey.
