Straight from the beehive, our delicate Summer Honeycomb is a delicious treat: pure honey in its most natural state.

British Summer Honeycomb is a selection of the finest honeycomb from our beehives on wildflower fields across the rolling Cotswolds, to the vast fields of borage flora in Essex and beyond.

Current comb is Salisbury:

The Salisbury chalk downlands are special, containing one of the largest expanses of wildflowers in Europe. Bees visit vipers bugloss, sweet clover, sainfoin and the yellow melilot, giving the honey its distinctive golden colour.

A great accompaniment to cheese boards, with fruit or simply atop breakfasts or thickly spread butter on bread. Our indulgent honeycomb portions are carefully hand-cut from our full frames before being individually packed.

100% real honey. Pure and natural, single origin, never ever blended. Unpasteurised and minimally filtered, to retain the qualities and natural health benefits of raw unprocessed honey.

Made by our bees and our own hands. Nothing more, nothing less.

I didn't know till a few years ago that you could eat this, and I'm glad I tried it, it's like honey chewing gum
I'm looking forward to putting some on a hot steak or crumpet
