Strong and aromatic, our pure Ling Heather honey is highly prized. It has a jelly-like consistency which distinguishes it from other honey.  A rich amber colour, with bitter-sweet notes and flavours of caramel and stone fruit.

Popped into the shop a few years ago and asked for which honey I should try that would make me come back again. Since trying this I havent found any other honey in the UK I prefer! The texture is slightly unusual and superior, its caramely, and fruity for me. Really lovely.
