Our Borage Honey is a pure and natural, single origin honey due to the wonderful location of our hives.

Also known as starflower, Borage's vibrant blue bloom is the traditional summer Pimms garnish and is grown for oil with medicinal properties.

The honey itself is unusually clear, delicate tasting and really rather incredible. We adore it in herbal teas, on cheese and charcuterie boards and in seasonal salad dressings.
